1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Alekhya Design Studio’s website and services. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

• We offer the following services - interior design and architectural services, project execution, automation services, and turnkey solutions.

• The quality, quantity, and description of the services provided shall be as outlined in the Scope of Services section of the Design Contract.

• Alekhya Design Studio agrees to perform and complete the services in accordance with the terms set forth in the Design Contract, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon standards and timelines.

3. User Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to provide accurate information when engaging with our services.

• The Client shall not misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, concepts, and materials provided by Alekhya Design Studio remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.

• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Alekhya Design Studio’s work is strictly prohibited.

• The Client shall not disclose, reproduce, or otherwise utilize the Developed IP or Alekhya Design Studio’s Background IP nor permit any third party to do so, except as required for the execution of the Project.

• Alekhya Design Studio grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except for third parties directly involved in the Project), and revocable license to use our Background IP and Developed IP strictly for the purposes of the Project.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the Design Contract with immediate effect by providing written notice if the other party: fails to fulfill any material obligation under the Design Contract and does not remedy the breach within ten (10) days of receiving written notice requiring corrective action.​

In the event of termination, Alekhya Design Studio shall be entitled to receive payment for:

​

i. the portion of the Fee corresponding to Services rendered up to and including the termination date; and

ii. the cost of any Goods ordered before termination that cannot be canceled.

7. Amendments
We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
